Hey y’all!!!! Yes, Friday and Saturday are fully booked. We blocked off a few times lots to allow for some wiggle room, so there’s always a decent chance of gettin a table if you just come on down, as well as first come first served bar seats all weekend, so come on down. Worst case scenario, we have a line around the block and you wander down to one of our neighbors and let them pick up where we left off at Buck's Whiskey & Burger Bar The Hangover Pub Maddi’s Cookery and TapHouse Boardroom. Whatever ya do, keep in the #canaldistrict and quit whining about parking lol!!!! Menu will go up shortly, and please keep in mind that we’ll be canceling our CC processing in the next day or two so hit the ATM and tip your server well!!!! See ya tonight!!

We wouldn’t leave ya hangin’... After going back and forth trying to decide what the smoothest way to go about this would be, we’ve decided we ARE going to take reservations this weekend. Gift certificate holders have mostly been accounted for (message ASAP if you have one and we haven’t heard from you yet!!!!) And that was my concern. Getting those people a guaranteed table. So.... at 2pm we go live again with the reservation software. In the words of the mighty Robert Plant (or Memphis Minnie) “Cryin won’t help ya. Prayin won’t do ya no good” only a Rez can save you now. The menu’s going to be fun. All the staples ya love will be there, as well as a few ya hate. Joking. You’ve never hated anything here. So, bring any gift cards you have laying around, and be ready for that full blown carnivorous feast you’ve been dreaming of all week. Kummerspecks last hurrah will be Friday and Saturday evening, and Sunday Brunch. *solid chance we shut down our point of sale and cancel our CC processing this week, so we may be cash only. Just a heads up. Menu will post tomorrow. We love you, and keep an eye out for the last retail sale. Still goin to have a nice bit of beef that’s been aging while we wait.

It’s been an amazing 15 months. We’re proud of everything we’ve done here, and we’re moving on to our next chapter with a whole mess of the best goddamn guests-turned-friends that a couple of pretentious Boston Chefs could ever ask for. We love ya. 😘😘🌭

Little birdie told me ya like that IPA? Gotcha covered. When Medusa Brewing Company drops off, they drop off the best of the best. Thank you Sully!!!! Also got a super fresh shipment of Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company #pulpdaddy and V canned just a few short days ago. Un. Frickin. Believable. 16 other beers to choose from if you aren’t into that hazy goodness, too, plus the new wine list rolled out last week is full of phenomenal, approachable, glass pours and easy to handle bottle prices. Several new whiskeys to showcase, and all the classic cocktails ya love are still here as well. Have some brunch. Drink some $6 Tempranillo, and go back to bed. That’s your plan for today.

Yup. Our pastrami absolutely is so good it’ll make you “plotz”. It’s the best sandwich in town, matched only by MamaRouxs chicken sando, and if you have yet to imbibe, then you’ve really screwed up lunch far too many times for someone as smart as you. This is a hunk of dry aged Snake River wagyu strip loin that I sous vide over night for you because I love you. It's the baller brunch item on this glorious morn', and will be garnished with some seared foie and other stuff. Or you could just smoke weed and eat cereal at home. Both are completely reasonable options.
